New Total Place is constituted by professionals who have a wide experience in real estate. They are all motivated and committed to building bridges and finding common ground in order to reach the ultimate goal: closing deals that entirely satisfy their clients.

In terms of leadership, New Total Place benefits from the knowledge of José Barradas, who has been working as a realtor for more than 20 years and whose competences, derived from a degree obtained at ESAI – Escola Superior de Actividades Imobiliárias, include Law and Real Estate. He also coordinated the commercial department of Quinta Patino, Quinta da Beloura and Four Seasons Hotel in Quinta do Lago (Algarve).

Also a part of the board of directors of New Total Place is Paulo Barradas, who has up to 16 years of experience in Real Estate, a degree in Law and two postgraduate courses in Marketing Management (IPAM – The Marketing School) and Real Estate (ESAI – Escola Superior de Actividades Imobiliárias, where he teaches since 2002).
